Selected auction prices from 2003

While looking through some old computer files, I discovered an old Excel spreadsheet I used back in the spring/summer of 2004 to track prices of vintage cycling auctions on stuff I was interested in. I thought I'd share some of these with all the valued blog readers out there, as there are a few eye-openers in there. Sadly, I didn't have the presence of mind to also save a few photos from the auctions, and only noted a couple words as to how I judged the condition of the parts

Misc. Parts
Shimano Sante Group -exc. cond. f/d, shifters, brakes, levers, cassette $86.00
NOS Suntour Superbe Pro Pedals - $127.50
NIB Suntour Superbe Pro brakeset w/levers (non-aero) - $110.50 (I also bought one of these around the same time for a bit cheaper.)
Used Suntour Superbe Pro brakeset F/R. Exc. cond. - $31.00
NIB Suntour Superbe Pro BB, English, 68x112 - $45.00

Schwinn Circuit - 56cm - Full Sante, etc. Exc. cond. $267.22
KHS - Full 600 Excellent, $167.50

Two conclusions I can draw from this information: 1) I considered many of the items on this list to be at the top of the market back in 2004. In 2010, if I could pay those same prices for those same items, I'd buy them all day long and feel like I made out like a bandit. 2) I have no idea why I was so sloppy about the bike years/models/frame materials, etc. and those tiny but important bits of info are lost to history now.
